Come and join our team!
We want to make sure that our team members have choice about how many shifts they do each week and many of our colleagues have a choice of contracted hours from as few as 12 to as many as 48 hours per week. This means that you too could have a contract that works for you!
You can also work overtime, pick up bank shifts at a different Choice Care service and - if you have the skills - opt for additional responsibilities such as becoming a trainer. If your circumstances change, you contract can too - giving you flexibility and confidence that Choice can be there for you in the long term.
Through our partnership with Wagestream, our frontline staff have a choice of how and when they get paid. You can access your earnings before pay day, as well as getting support to track, save and build your financial management skills. This gives you the flexibility to manage your money in a way that works for you.
‘'Choiceversaries are a great way of recognising colleagues who have been working with the company for over 5 years. I recently celebrated my 15 year Choiceversary and it felt great! Here's to another 15 years!"
