Our locations and services

Choice Care provides care at over 90 service locations across England and Wales.

Our residential homes provide safe, supportive and therapeutic living environments and are equipped to the highest standards, including unique specialist facilities.

Our supported living services provide specialist care and assistance to those living in rented accommodation or in their own homes and are designed for those who want to live as independently as possible, while still being able to rely on access to the individual support they need.

Whilst we proudly operate under the umbrella of Choice Care, we provide support to individuals with complex needs at:

Care Without Compromise, based in South Wales and providing specialist residential care and supported living services for those with learning disabilities and people who display behaviours of challenge

Inspiration Care, based in Leominster and providing residential care and supported living

Quality Care (EM) and Witham Valley Care Group, both based in the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire area - providing residential and supported living services for those with learning disabilities and mental health conditions

Positive care outcomes

Choice Care offers a comprehensive set of service options: from high acuity residential care to more flexible supported living solutions. We have a proven track record of helping people to move on from a residential setting to a more independent lifestyle as their needs evolve. In a recent report, 90% of the people we support with mental health conditions, and 85% with learning disabilities displayed improved behaviour, or remained at an improved level since their last review.

At Choice Care, we treat everybody we care for as an individual, with dignity and respect, empowering people to lead happy, fulfilled lives and, to achieve positive outcomes, whatever their needs. Across all our services, this approach means everyone gets the support they need to progress at their own pace.

We work together with those we support and their networks to arrive at key decisions that affect their lives. Together, we agree personalised care plans and desired outcomes, and support everyone to achieve what's important to them. For some, that might be learning to cook meals and plan menus, developing a new skill or building the confidence to use public transport. For others it could be continuing with education or finding voluntary or paid work.

At Choice Care we make a difference, every day - here's how...

In 2019 K would spend all of his days in his room, he needed to be supported 2:1 to walk a few yards and barely engaged with staff.

Now in 2023, K will now go for walks 1:1, he enjoys numerous activities, all of which are new to him, such as: sailing, swimming, pub visits, bus rides and day trips. The whole team have worked extremely hard to gain his trust and confidence - this has had a tremendous effect.

K is much happier and is now living life to the full.

K's parents commented: "We never thought K would even visit a wildlife park/farm, but to see him there and touching an animal is amazing."
